Introduction
The Automatic Fin Alignment And Expanding Machine is a specialized two-station automatic assembly equipment designed specifically for finned evaporators. Developed by our company, this machine offers easy operation and high work efficiency, making it ideal for mass production. The complete set of equipment consists of three main components: an automatic film arrangement system, an automatic expansion system, and a mold.
 
At the heart of the device is a PLC programmable controller, which serves as the central control unit. The functionality of the device can be easily adjusted by modifying the program and parameters of the control software, providing flexibility and adaptability to different production requirements.

1.Automated Process:The machine utilizes a PLC programmable controller to execute a series of automatic actions, including automatic chip arrangement, positioning, tube expansion, reset, and demolding. This automation streamlines the production process and reduces manual intervention.
 
2.Multi-layer Silos:The equipment features a total of 5 layers of silos for accommodating different sizes of fins. Each layer has two stations to meet the production efficiency requirements of both single and double operations. The silos are equipped with fixed and movable flanges to ensure accurate positioning of the fins, along with a long cylinder pusher for an easy suction mechanism to pick up fins at the same position.
 
3.Servo Drive:The machine incorporates a servo drive system, providing reliable and precise motion control. This ensures timely and fast action response, enhancing overall production efficiency and accuracy.
 
4.Expansion Mechanism:The expansion mechanism is fitted with a guide mold corresponding to the specific workpiece. Operators can easily insert two sets of aluminum tubes into the corresponding stations using the guide plate tool. With a simple push of a button, the expansion mechanism automatically resets and moves to the correct position. The cylinder then moves to expand the aluminum tube and retracts after the fins are photographed.
 
5.Ejection Mechanism:After the expansion process is completed, the ejection mechanism rises to eject the finished workpiece. This feature facilitates easy material cutting for the operator, streamlining the overall workflow.
