During the bending process, sensors continuously monitor the bending radius and wall thickness changes of the pipe material, and the control system can automatically compensate for material springback and cross-sectional deformation.
The intelligent mandrel system can adjust the support position and lubrication pressure in real time according to the bending Angle and material characteristics, effectively preventing thin-walled or multi-layer tubes from wrinkling, flattening or cracking during bending.
