Its servo-electric architecture (Mitsubishi PLC, ELESY motors) automates clamping, straightening, G/U-bend sequencing, and cutting, slashing production time by 10x vs. manual methods while ensuring flawless consistency.
Automated Multi-Tube Bending
A rotating clamp mechanism stabilizes and bends batches of 12 tubes simultaneously, indexed through sequential bending steps (0–180°).
