Combining a Mitsubishi PLC control system with German GN hydraulic valves and a servo-driven feeding mechanism, it delivers rapid, high-accuracy (±0.2mm) cuts at spindle speeds of 80 RPM (thin-wall) or 40 RPM (thick sections). Ideal for HVAC, automotive, and refrigeration industries, its rugged 1,460kg steel frame ensures stability during continuous operation.

Operated via a user-friendly touchscreen, the machine seamlessly blends Mitsubishi’s servo motors (1.5kW feed, 3.3/4kW cutting) and PLC with German GN hydraulic valves (solenoid, overflow, and sandwich plate). This synergy enables manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated cutting cycles, supported by pre-set length templates for production flexibility.

Equipped with dual spindle speeds (80/40 RPM) and servo-driven feeding, the system achieves ±0.2mm dimensional accuracy even at maximum throughput. The hydraulic unit sustains 0.6–0.8MPa working pressure for clean cuts across materials, from thin copper tubes to dense 120×90mm bars.
