Optimized for HVAC, refrigeration, and solar thermal systems, this CNC-controlled machine performs high-speed drilling (Φ10–50mm tubes) and precision flanging (1–2.5mm height) at 2.5–3.5 seconds/hole. Combines Delta servos, pneumatic molding, and hydraulic clamping to process copper/steel/Bundy tubes up to 1.7m long with chip-less, scar-free cuts.
Multi-Material Precision Machining
Handles copper, steel, and Bundy tubes (0.3–2.0mm wall thickness) with servo-driven positioning (±16mm hole pitch accuracy). Three-jaw feed mechanism and NSK-guided rails ensure distortion-free processing for critical fluid/gas applications.
Ultra-Fast Chip-Free Processing
Integrated punch/flange dies complete drilling, flanging, and deburring in one cycle (3-hole burst in <10.5 sec). Eliminates secondary cleaning while preventing surface scarring—ideal for refrigerant line manufacturing.
Delta Servo-Pneumatic Synergy
Dual Delta B2 servo motors (2.2KW) + WEILI cylinders enable 0.01mm repeatability. Programmable via 7" Weinview HMI with stored NC recipes for rapid job changeovers in solar collector/HVAC production.
Heavy-Duty Thermal Management
Vibration-treated steel frame (2350×1000×1500mm) houses an air-cooled hydraulic system (≤55°C) with Taiwan-made pumps. Foot-mounted leveling cups stabilize operations during 24/7 high-cycle runs.
