A specialized non-rotational spinning solution for sealing copper tubes (up to Ø80mm, 0.6–2mm thickness) with flat-end closures. Designed for long pipes (>1m), it combines servo-driven mold control, pneumatic clamping, and PLC automation to achieve distortion-free sealing in 25 seconds/cycle—ideal for refrigeration, plumbing, and HVAC applications.

Non-Rotational Workpiece Safety

Unlike conventional spinning machines, the T-50 fixes the copper tube stationary while a rotating sealing tool applies pressure. This eliminates risks associated with spinning long workpieces (>1m) and accommodates fragile tubes that cannot withstand rotational stress.

Servo-Precision & Programmable Workflow

High-torque servo motors (8–10kW) drive both feed and mold positioning, ensuring ±0.05mm repeatability. Customizable PLC programs allow one-touch setup for diverse tube dimensions (Ø50–80mm) and batch requirements.

Universal Clamping Adaptability

Pneumatic-powered dies swiftly clamp tubes without marring surfaces. Quick-change mold adjustments enable seamless transitions between sealing flat ends or future profiles (e.g., domed shapes) with minimal downtime.

Compact Production-Ready Design

The rigid 2200×1000×1600mm structure integrates air-cooled hydraulics and failsafe sensors. Operators manually load/unload tubes while maintaining a 25-second cycle pace, supported by 380V three-phase power and 0.5MPa air pressure for factory compatibility.
