The full automatic fin evaporator serpentine tube bender delivers complete in-line bending automation for mass production of aluminum tubes used in HVAC heat exchangers and air conditioning evaporator coils. It integrates the entire end-to-end process from decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, and recoiling finished serpentine tubing with minimal manual intervention.
 
The machine maximizes productivity by simultaneously processing up to 10 aluminum tube groups with its unique multi-tube bending approach. The proprietary bend sequencing strategy and precision servo-electric actuators shape the tubes into intricate serpentine coils required for finned evaporator assemblies.
 
Advanced positional algorithms help optimize the collision-free rotation and manipulation of multiple tube groups through the bend stages. Customized groove tooling enables bend radii down to R11 mm without tube damage, while specialized blade shapes allow fast chipless cutting.

1.Bulk Tube Decoiling & Feeding
The automated decoiler continually uncoils aluminum tube stock and feeds it to the first set of tube straightening rolls for initial straightening.
 
2.First Stage Tube Straightening
The first set of powered tube straightener rolls removes the bulk of the coil curvature from the aluminum tubes before initial draw feeding.
 
3.First Stage Tube Feed System
This initial servo-powered feed system draws the partially straightened tube from the decoiler and feeds it through the second set of straighter rolls.
 
4.Precision Tube Cutting Unit
The pneumatic shear cutting unit makes highly precise cuts at right angles without burrs or chips for superior weld seam quality.
 
5.Second Stage Servo Feeder
The secondary servo feed system accurately positions and feeds measured tube lengths for the bending sequence by the servo manipulator.
 
6.Robotic Servo Tube Manipulator
This 6-axis articulating robotic arm picks, orients, and accurately positions up to 10 tube groups concurrently for synchronous synchronized bending.
 
7.Custom Serpentine Tube Bending Section
The programmable bend head makes sequential G and U bends with extreme precision through 360-degree rotation to create the desired serpentine coils.
 
8.Automated Tube Recoiler
Finished bent aluminum tube batches are automatically collected and recoiled by the outfeed system for the next production stage.
